We have 3 postage days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, weekend orders will fall on the first business day which is normally Monday unless it’s a public holiday. A: All gift boxes are checked and packed accordingly we pack all gift boxes with extra padding to insure everything is protected we try to get as close to product as we can but sometimes it is out of our control due to out of stock or unavailable. If your gift box looks damaged, contact us for further instructions before opening. Q: MISSING PRODUCTS OR ADD ONS? A: We check all gift boxes beforehand, but if something happens to be missing, we are happy to rectify an issue, please email us. Q: WHY WAS MY GIFT BOX NOT DELIVERED? A: We are not responsible for courier delays or non delivery please use the tracking number to contact the courier. Q: CAN I CANCEL ORDER? A: as above, Once you have placed your Order and paid for the Gift Box you are legally bound to purchasing the items, we are unable to change the order! Q: WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY AREAS? A: We are happy to allow you to customize your Gift box. OUR CATERING TERMS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS OUR MINIMUM IS CATERING FOR GROUPS FROM 20 PEOPLE AND UP WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE COST OF EVENT WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE INVOICE IS EMAILED THROUGH TO THE CLIENT BALANCE OWING PAYABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS FOR ANY EVENT MUST BE GIVEN 1 MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT IF THERE ARE CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 1 MONTH YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS PREPARATION FOR THE EVENT HAS STARTED WE ALSO CHARGE A SET-UP FEE FOR ANY TABLES AND CHAIRS AND ALSO ANY EQUIPMENT WE NEED TO HIRE WE ONLY CATER FOR THE FOOD ONLY ANY OUTCATERING OUT OF ROTORUA YOU MUST SUPPLY A PROPER KITCHEN WITH A COMMERCIAL OVEN ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE HIRED IF THE VENUE DOESNT HAVE WILL BE AT THE CLIENTS EXPENSE WE ALSO CHARGE FOR ANY TRAVEL COSTS AND ACCOMODATION WE ALSO OFFER AFTERPAY/LAYBY/DEBIT CARD/BANK TRANSFER/CREDIT CARD ANY INVOICE THAT HAS NOT BEEN PAID ON THE DUE DATE WILL INCUR A AUTOMATIC LATE FEE OF $30 + CHARGED $10 A DAY IF NOT PAID AFTER THE DUE DATE All Giftbox Images are property of Kai Cupboard
